1736 House:  Anna Frankel and Maria DelGadillo came by from 1736 House.  Since Greg R. shuffled last year's donation around his desk all year, he presented them with two year's contributions totalling $2000.  Hey, sometimes it pays to wait patiently.  1736 House provides a wide variety of services for battered women and children which help them build new and better lives.  They have been in Hermosa for 29 years.

SPEAKER: Dulin Erickson - South Bay Pony/Colt/Palomino League Baseball.  Managed by Dulin and Marsha Roberts (mother for former Builders Club Prez Lee Roberts), these leagues provide an enriching baseball experience for serious players transitioning from Little League to High School for ages 13-18.  It is a year round program running from January through December. They play at Clark Field, Mira Costa and other area fields.  They provide league play, trips to Baja for tournaments, other local tournments, serious coaching and lots of practice.  HB Kiwanis has helped with funding for several years.
